FOR SALE - 1958 GLASTRON FireLite in Prescott, Ontario for sale

I've been restoring this classic boat for the last three years but now I have to stop due to a health issue. The fiberglass boat has been completely stripped and re-coated with marine epoxy. An acrylic windshield has been custom-fabricated using the original, three-part aluminum frames and it has been fully installed. Two new, vinyl seats were fabricated to my specifications and installed at the custom shop. The hull and transom are solid throughout and all of the stainless steel moldings, running lights and accessories are intact. The original factory ID plate with SN, model and manufacture date is attached to transom. Last year, I found a 1962 Johnson 60HP Electramatic outboard which has been fully overhauled by a local marine mechanic and it is now mounted on the boat. [The motor is missing a small belt which drives the interior generator but is otherwise fully operational with solid compression. I have the belt model number and specifications but have not yet ordered the part. I have also acquired a classic steering wheel but it has not yet been installed.] The package also includes a classic TeeNee trailer, with original fenders, axle, coil springs and winch. The trailer was also completely stripped and repainted and is fully licensed. The restoration is virtually complete and will produce a stunning, classic boat once finished. I hope to sell it to someone who will complete the project and then truly enjoy the style and character of a vintage craft.
